For our client, leader in the sale of BIO and natural products from Romania, direct importer of premium brands from Great Britain, we are looking for a super Logistics Specialist.
Descriere
Managing and tracking purchase orders from external suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely execution;
Organizing and optimizing transportation solutions (by land, sea, or air) based on cost, time efficiency, and supplier location;
Maintaining communication with suppliers to manage lead times, delivery schedules, and documentation;
Ensuring all necessary shipping documentation is accurate and complies with regulatory requirements;
Being able to handle unexpected changes in shipment schedules or supplier issues, and find quick, effective solutions;
Managing shipping documents, supplier contracts, and delivery schedules;
Negotiating terms with external suppliers and logistics providers to ensure favorable rates and conditions;
Working closely with internal teams (sales, warehouse, and procurement) to ensure smooth operations.
Cerințe
Logistics/Transportation Management Experience - minimum of 3-5 years in logistics or supply chain roles, specifically in coordinating orders and transportation;
Familiarity with International Shipping - in-depth knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and international freight management;
ERP Systems Expertise - proficient in using WinMentor Enterprise (WME) or similar ERP systems, with experience in managing orders and inventory tracking;
Advanced Excel Skills - capable of data analysis, using formulas, pivot tables, and reporting to optimize logistics performance;
English Proficiency - strong command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with international suppliers.
