For our client, a manufacturer of high-precision mechanical components for electronic equipment, we are seeking a highly organized and analytical Logistics Manager to oversee the daily supply chain and distribution operations and connect Sales and Logistic Operations.
Descriere
Coordinating Logistics, Supply Chain and Commercial activities to ensure smooth project execution and on-time deliveries;
Supervising warehouse operations and logistics teams, ensuring efficiency, productivity and continuous process improvement;
Analyzing sales forecasts and translating demand into realistic purchasing, inventory and delivery plans;
Identifying potential bottlenecks related to materials, production capacity, transportation, budgets or resources, while proactively implementing solutions;
Overseeing all ongoing and upcoming projects, monitoring timelines and ensuring successful execution.;
Facilitating effective communication between internal departments and external partners to support seamless project delivery;
Managing inventory levels and planning supply requirements based on sales forecasts and project needs;
Coordinating purchasing activities and developing long-term relationships with suppliers;
Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring material availability to support business operations;
Participating in commercial negotiations by providing operational input and proposing feasible delivery solutions;
Monitoring project profitability and identifying potential commercial or operational risks;
Building and maintaining strong operational partnerships with suppliers, contractors and external stakeholders.
Cerințe
Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain and Commercial activities;
At least 3 years in a supervisory role managing teams, routes and warehouse personnel;
Familiar with Purchasing and Supplier Management;
Capability to draft, monitor, and execute operational logistics budgets;
Good understanding of Sales and Customer Support Processes connected with the Supply Chain Operations;
High adaptability to handle sudden supply chain disruptions, delays, or transport bottlenecks efficiently;
Experience in Project and Team Coordination;
Advanced English level.
