For our client, one of the leaders of the raw materials distribution market in Romania, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator.
Descriere
Taking full responsibility for warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management;
Overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods;
Managing warehouse inventory (internal and external) and coordinating transportation, with focus on road and sea freight;
Supervising daily loading and unloading operations;
Establishing and enforcing clear rules, processes, and procedures;
Managing sampling procedures and implementing quality control checks to uphold product standards;
Leading process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve service levels;
Utilizing ERP systems and reporting tools for inventory management and performance tracking;
Ensuring team coordination and proactive leadership by planning, organizing, and supervising employee activities;
Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Cerințe
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
Strong coordination and team management skills;
Conversational level of English;
Experience in the field of chemical substances would be an advantage;
Forklift operator certification would be a plus.
