For our client, a premier iGaming content provider with a diverse and engaging portfolio, we are seeking a Legal Advisor.
Descriere
Ensuring the company’s operations are fully compliant with local and international regulations affecting various online gaming activities;
Overseeing the process of obtaining and maintaining licenses in multiple jurisdictions, including liaising with regulatory authorities;
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, particularly those related to the supply of specialized software solutions, ensuring all terms are favorable and legally sound;
Providing expert legal advice on regulatory restrictions and developments in the online gaming and entertainment industry;
Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with the company’s operations, especially in new markets and jurisdictions;
Assisting with the registration and management of non-resident companies, ensuring all legal formalities are adhered to;
Managing and protecting the company’s intellectual property rights, ensuring proper acquisition and registration of IP assets;
Collaborating with foreign administrators and other stakeholders to ensure smooth legal operations across different regions;
Maintaining and organizing legal documents, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible;
Providing training and guidance to internal teams on relevant legal issues and updates, fostering a culture of compliance within the company.
Cerințe
3+ years of legal experience, preferably in the iGaming, sports betting, or IT product sector;
Strong understanding of legal regulations affecting various types of online gaming activities (including game development companies, online casino operators, and aggregators/platforms);
Experience in Due Diligence and Know Your Client (KYC) processes, both incoming and outgoing;
Experience working with non-resident companies and liaising with foreign administrators;
Proven track record in managing licensing processes and obtaining permits across multiple jurisdictions;
Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts related to the provision of specialized software solutions;
Familiarity with regulatory restrictions imposed by authorities in different regions;
Basic knowledge of intellectual property laws and procedures for IP rights acquisition and protection;
Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail;
Knowledge and experience in communicating with ONJN.
