For our client, the biggest oil and gas company in Romania, we are looking for a Junior Recruiter.
Descriere
Drafting and posting job ads on various sites;
Screening candidates at the initial stages;
Scheduling interviews;
Using recruiting software to keep track of open roles;
Actively sourcing and qualifying candidates;
Registering all information regarding candidates per data privacy regulations in the internal database.
Cerințe
Bachelor's degree;
Advanced English;
6+ months of work/volunteer experience, preferably in HR;
Excellent communication skills;
The ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
