We are seeking for our client, a reputable organization within the financial services sector, a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator.
Descriere
Provide first-line IT assistance to employees and ensuring continuous workflow and minimal downtime;
Handle requests such as system restarts, password resets, microphone issues, and simple hardware troubleshooting;
Install, configurate, update, and troubleshoot hardware (PCs/laptops), operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server), and standard business applications (MS Office suite);
Configure and prepare new employee stations, including setting up laptops, user accounts, email addresses, and all related software;
Execute basic network tasks, including cabling for office relocations and managing Wi-Fi connectivity;
Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure (including servers, NAS devices, and GSM modules);
Handle periodic configuration and software/database updates/migrations;
Monitor and intervene on physical and electronic servers, ensuring optimal performance, stability, reliability, and data security;
Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors to resolve escalated issues and ensure prompt resolution;
Provide timely feedback to management regarding IT workflows, incidents, and suggested improvements;
Provide direct support to end-users for all hardware/software issues.
Cerințe
Practical experience in installing, configuring, updating, and troubleshooting core systems;
Capability to execute basic network tasks (cabling, Wi-Fi management) and willingness to monitor network infrastructure (servers, NAS, GSM modules);
English at a medium level;
Willing to work on-site during the initial induction/onboarding period (hybrid after);
Availability for necessary periodic configuration, software/database updates, and server migrations/updates.
