For our client, a well established provider of payment system platforms, we are recruiting an HR and Accounting Specialist.
Descriere
Maintaining personnel records and serve as the primary HR contact for employees;
Managing employees benefits and coordinating with the external payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing;
Overseeing daily accounting operations, including petty cash management, bank transactions, payment processing, and liquidity monitoring;
Ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling of all financial transactions;
Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including cash flow statements, expense forecasts, budget reviews, and variance analyses;
Collaborating closely with the external accounting provider to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance;
Managing the invoicing cycle and maintaining efficient relationships with suppliers.
Cerințe
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a banking or non-banking financial institution;
Advanced level of English;
Primary Accounting experience;
Excel knowledge;
Sociable, easy to collaborate with personality;
Responsible and dedicated person.
