For our client, a multinational operational leasing company, top 3 in Romania, we are looking for an HR Admin.

Descriere


Maintaining and updating employee records in HR databases and personnel files;
Assisting in the recruitment process;
Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, including induction and documentation;
Preparing HR-related reports;
Assisting in organizing training sessions, staff meetings, and employee engagement activities;
Performing other HR administrative duties as required.

Cerințe


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role;
Good knowledge of HR processes and employment laws;
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software systems;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
