For our client, a multinational company in the oil and gas industry, we are looking for a Financial Reporting Expert – Subsidiaries.
Descriere
Supporting month-end closing and reporting activities for assigned entities and ensuring accurate accounting postings;
Preparing financial reports and analyses according to internal and external requirements;
Contributing to process simplification, automation, and digitalization initiatives;
Providing financial support and guidance to colleagues and other departments;
Collaborating closely with Corporate Finance, Global Business Services, and Business Divisions;
Ensuring proper application of accounting principles in line with Group policies, statutory rules, and IFRS standards;
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely, high-quality financial deliverables;
Identifying risks, proposing mitigation actions, and managing issues under time pressure;
Maintaining strong communication with business partners and ensuring compliance with internal standards;
Participating in process improvements, audits, and system developments;
Continuously developing technical skills and applying feedback for performance improvement;
Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of financial data at all times;
Performing other related tasks assigned by the Department Manager.
Cerințe
University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting;
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting or financial reporting role;
Advanced knowledge of RAS accounting rules and regulations; IFRS knowledge is a plus;
Advanced English, both written and spoken;
Strong Excel skills and experience with the SAP system;
Good understanding of financial legislation, internal procedures, and reporting standards.
