For our client, a multinational company in the global insurance industry, we are looking for a Financial Planner.
Descriere
Analyzing financial information and monitoring and planning the progress with Anaplan Planning Application's help (application for planning and controlling financial data from customers worldwide that provides figures and movements for all the components of IFRS17 Technical provisions, i.e. Present Value of Future Cash Flows (PVFC), Risk Adjustment (RA), Contractual Service Margin (CSM)/Loss component (LC) and related accounts (BS and P&L, using account determination rules));
Being responsible for scheduling daily tasks in line with the Agile methodology framework and for meeting the targets by respecting the assigned budget;
Cooperating with colleagues (Product Owners, Application Business Support, Application Leads, IT Support, and Head Office Business Functions) in order to plan and monitor all the activities;
Initiating necessary follow-up action or adjustment within the scope of work;
Providing support in assessing interdependencies and associated impacts within existing configurations;
Addressing requirements related to automatic checks, aiming to ensure the complete accuracy of centralized calculations;
Preparing the documentation required for each new request or change request;
Offering support in ensuring the timely execution of closing processes and procedures;
Preparing, explaining, and clarifying instructions applicable to the next reported closing.
Cerințe
Experience in a similar role (Controller or Financial Planning);
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financiar or similar;
Fluent in English with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Excellent functional skills and understanding of the overall accounting and closing processes;
Strong problem-solving and team working attitude;
Proactivity and ability to reduce complexity and to find pragmatic solutions.
