For our client, a well-established company in the field of industrial construction projects, we are looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join their team.
Descriere
Overseeing financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and cost control;
Providing support to management with financial analysis for strategic decisions, investments, and operational improvements;
Providing technical and disciplinary leadership of the accounting team;
Performing analysis and optimization of processes and workflows;
Ensuring compliance with statutory accounting regulations;
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
Preparing liquidity planning and management;
Participating in monthly meetings with the parent company (in RO);
Collaborating with the group's regional team;
Acting as point of contact for tax advisors and auditors.
Cerințe
5 years experience in leading an accounting/financial team;
Working experience with WinMENTOR and Excel;
Advanced level of English;
ACCA is an advantage.
