For one of our clients, a multinational computer technology corporation, one of the largest software companies in the world, we are looking for an EMEA Event Administrator.
Descriere
Supporting volume event execution to further establish company’s brand and generate the levels of attendance and engagement needed to achieve the required sales leads and pipeline goals as part of truly integrated marketing campaigns;
Managing event tasks including registration pages, audience generation, and purchasing processes;
Following global processes to support event execution and drive faster processing of the back-office elements needed to run an event;
Spotting opportunities for standardisation, optimisation, and productivity improvements across all elements of event delivery; Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the performance of each event, communicating results, and planning for improvement; checking lead quality and sales follow-up, and acting timely if required.
Cerințe
Strong knowledge of marketing support, administration, or project management disciplines;
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage time effectively;
Strong administration and marketing system skills, with project ownership and problem-solving ability;
Proficiency in English and availability to work from the office once per week.
