Customer Service Representative

For our client, a publicly traded global, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Bucharest.
Descriere
Handling routine customer orders, including demand management, sample follow-ups and complex orders;
Managing the complete order process – from customer contact or electronic channels to product delivery – ensuring correct product, quantity, paperwork and equipment;
Receiving and logging customer complaints and coordinating resolution actions with internal teams;
Managing customer accounts in collaboration with Sales, Credit and Accounts Receivable teams;
Creating monthly invoices for CMRs and dealers, including printing and mailing them;
Administering master data in SAP and resolving any disputes or claims raised by customers;
Preparing and providing customer-related reports (orders, sales, shipments);
Gathering customer feedback regularly to improve service quality;
Collaborating closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Sales, Credit, Supply Chain) and external partners (Logistics providers, Auditors).
Cerințe
2-year fixed-term contract( maternity leave cover);
Good knowledge of SAP;
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or in customer service;
Good command of English, both verbal and written communication;
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
Strong coordination skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
Experience with cross-functional collaboration;
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
