For our client, leading supplier of approximately 2000 different customised specialty lubricants we are recruiting a Customer Service Representative with Hungarian & English.
Descriere
Taking over customer requests and handling correspondence/coordination within the framework;
Keeping track of customer requests and ensuring their completion as quickly as possible according to deadlines;
Providing proper information exchange and support for Sales Engineers;
Ensuring compliance with corporate identity guidelines;
Relieving and supporting the sales representatives;
Making offers, completing orders, confirming process/information/delivery dates within the price list framework;
Creating and operating delivery schedules, and ordering samples;
Processing delivery notes, credit limits, and credit notes;
Recording and maintaining customer master data;
Tracking delivery dates and ensuring the desired date is met;
Managing warehouse operations;
Handling complaints.
Cerințe
Minimum high school diploma completed;
Previous experience in Customer Care;
Knowledge of operating in MS Office, and SAP – is a plus;
Advanced level of Hungarian & English at medium level;
Communication skills and attention to details;
Sales and customer oriented attitude.
