Descriere
Ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, compliance, and regulatory reporting;
Proactively identifying financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them;
Being responsible for annual audit preparations to ensure that we comply with accounting standards and regulations;
Leading and overseeing our accounting team, setting the standard as a team leader;
Ensuring that the organization is always prepared for regulatory changes and audits;
Designing and implementing accounting workflows while exploring opportunities for savings and efficiency;
Being the go-to expert on all things in accounting and the challenging fiscal requirements, providing guidance at every level;
Leading efforts to ensure tax compliance.
Cerințe
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
Experience in agribusiness and advanced leadership and team coordination skills;
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations;
Advanced proficiency in financial software (SAP) and MS Excel for financial modeling;
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Ability to work with different stakeholders while meeting deadlines;
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders;
Medium proficiency in English is required.
