Identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to drive business growth and expansion;
Developing and implementing sales strategies and expanding the customer base;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other industry professionals;
Cultivating partnerships with industry associations, trade organizations, government agencies, and other relevant entities to enhance the company's reputation and influence in the construction sector;
Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve favorable outcomes and secure profitable projects and partnerships;
Overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
Being responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure profitability and sustainable growth;
Conducting market research, analyzing industry data, and identifying opportunities for growth, diversification, and competitive advantage;
Keeping abreast of market trends, and best practices through training, seminars, and professional networks.
Cerințe
Proven experience in a similar position (construction industry or similar relevant field);
Brilliant academic background and English at an advanced level;
Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the construction sector;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, proposals, and presentations.
