Business Development Manager
We are looking for a super Business Development Manager to join a dedicated team at the service of people. Managing end-to-end sales processes for HR services;
Identifying business opportunities, cold calling, thorough research process, identifying clients’ needs, and preparing custom-made solutions and commercial offers;
Leading the negotiation process and ensuring that the development of the contract is per agreed terms;
Developing new business opportunities in the assigned area while extending the partnerships with already existing clients, offering consultancy in terms of HR matters.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
Background in sales, telemarketing, or call center - nice to have;
Strong track record of entering, negotiating, and developing new business opportunities within strategic accounts;
Consultative, relationship-based sales style and proven success exceeding sales quota;
Creative, strategic thinker and problem solver;
An independent self-starter who appreciates and respects working in a team;
Strong written and verbal skills, including demonstrated ability to create professional sales proposals and contracts;
Thorough understanding and perspective of the HR services market;
Adaptable and customer-focused. Our customers are the reason for which we exist!
