For our client - fintech company - we are looking for an Area Sales Manager for Transilvania, based in Cluj and managing Alba, Cluj, Salaj, Maramures, Satu Mare.

Descriere

Developing and owning a healthy monthly B2B sales funnel by qualifying leads, cold calling, and converting opportunities into signed merchant partnerships; attracting and onboarding new merchant partners by presenting the company’s solutions, value proposition, and commercial advantages;
Managing and growing an existing portfolio of key merchant partners, developing the partner network, and identifying new business opportunities; providing on-site and remote support to shop personnel during implementation and daily use of the company’s services, including training, guidance, and Q&A;
Promoting best practices in stores to support responsible consumer lending, improve customer experience, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities; implementing POS communication and marketing standards and monitoring lending performance versus store potential;
Coordinating in-store promotions, setting up and updating POS materials, and supporting merchant onboarding together with internal teams; collaborating with the Head of Sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to sales, partner growth, and consumer acquisition;
Preparing regular performance reports and acting as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and local business networks; ensuring full and consistent use of CRM tools and internal processes in managing partner relationships and daily activities.

Cerințe

3+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales and relationship management (retail financial services or retail / e-commerce B2B sales);
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business or similar;
Advanced English Language knowledge;
Good understanding of B2B Sales, CRM processes and organization (existing B2B network of retail prospects would be an advantage);
Driver`s license (B) and willingness to travel across the country.
