For our client, world leader in secure connectivity solutions for embedded applications, we are recruiting an Administrative Assistant.
Being responsible for the logistics of getting the goods to the purchaser in another country and for ensuring the goods meet the required standards of the importing country;
Implementing, maintaining and updating the company’s export compliance procedures;
Serving as support in export compliance for the company;
Assisting with export control compliance requirements and company initiatives;
Maintaining export related record keeping functions and files;
Supporting managers and employees with the administrative tasks and with the internal/external communication;
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
Creating reports (regular and upon request);
Realizing other administrative and project duties as requested.
Graduated from economic studies;
Proficient in desktop applications such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point, email messaging tools, etc;
Proficient in English ( minimum B2);
Ability to multitasking;
Ability to work with deadlines;
Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
Very good organizational skills;
Willing to constantly learn and develop professional skills;
Proactive and resourceful.
