For our customer, a solutions provider to the emerging cross border e-commerce platforms industry, we are looking for an Accounting Support Specialist.
Descriere
Performing data entry in ERP systems and accounting tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information;
Encoding and updating invoices, purchase orders, and payment-related data;
Verifying financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements;
Preparing and organizing supporting documentation for accounting entries;
Tracking financial transactions and ensuring consistency of data across systems;
Filing and archiving financial and administrative documents in both digital and physical formats;
Assisting in the preparation of accounting reports and financial summaries;
Supporting basic communication with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders via email;
Preparing documentation for audits and VAT controls, ensuring all required supporting documents are complete and accurate;
Providing general administrative support to the accounting department.
Cerințe
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or administrative activities;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and documents;
Excellent written and spoken English skills (mandatory);
Chinese language skills representing a strong advantage;
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word);
Ability and willingness to learn ERP systems and accounting software;
Organized, reliable, and able to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
