For our client, we are looking for an experienced Territory Manager to drive profitable business growth across Romania by developing strong relationships with dealers, customers and business partners in the transportation sector.
Descriere
Developing and growing the business within the assigned territory through financing, insurance and related financial solutions;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, customers, body builders and key business partners;
Partnering closely with truck sales teams to support vehicle sales and increase financing penetration;
Identifying customer needs and proposing tailored financial solutions;
Managing the full sales process, from opportunity identification and quotation to contract signing and implementation;
Conducting customer visits, business reviews and market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive trends;
Monitoring portfolio quality and proactively managing commercial and credit risks;
Maintaining accurate sales pipeline management and forecasting;
Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations and responsible business practices;
Contributing to initiatives focused on customer experience, profitability and operational efficiency.
Cerințe
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field;
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, leasing, banking, insurance or transportation;
Experience with heavy-duty vehicles, transportation or related industries is a strong advantage;
Experience in captive finance, leasing or banking is considered a plus;
Strong commercial and negotiation skills;
Proven customer relationship management experience;
Good financial and business understanding;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and presentation abilities;
Fluent English;
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365;
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
