Oulook Support Enginner
For our client, the largest American software producer in the world we are looking for an Outlook Support Engineer,
Providing technical support to customers using Outlook;
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Outlook, including installation, configuration, and usage;
Working with other teams within the company to identify and resolve issues related to Outlook and other products;
Documenting customer issues and solutions in a knowledge base for future reference;
Participating in testing and validation of new releases of Outlook and other products.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field and 1+ years of technical support or related field;
Fluency in either French or German, as well as English, with the ability to communicate effectively;
Ability to perform network tracing and analysis, with experience using relevant tools and techniques;
Strong knowledge of Outlook, Exchange or Office 365;
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience with scripting and automation is a plus/ Certified in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (Ms-900) is a plus.
