Help Desk Technician
For one of our client, a company that operates in the field of telemarketing, with extensive experience in the field, we are looking for a super Help Desk Technician.
Opening tickets in the internal system for issues raised by customers;
Providing first level support for the assigned requests;
Documenting all the processes and procedures as required;
Offering technical support to the customers;
Managing administrative work for help desk needs;
Arranging working schedule with colleagues flexibly, according to business needs.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
Fluent in English and German/French/Italian/Spanish/Dutch/Polish, both written and spoken;
Advanced PC knowledge (MS Office);
Experience in working in an international environment is an advantage.
