Customer Support and Success Associate
For our client, a French digital publishing agency that helps companies create engaging rich media publications, we are looking for a Customer Support and Success Associate.
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat;
Identifying customer's needs and helping them with the use of our software-specific features and informing them about new features and functionalities;
Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
Assisting team members and Sales Managers on a prompt, efficient, and timely basis;
Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions and updating our internal database with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
At least three years of work experience (preferably technical role, or experience in marketing/communication in a digital/media agency);
Good knowledge of new technologies and of digital and internet culture (Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite);
Advanced knowledge of English and French (B2);
Excellent communication skills, team player, proactive and creative.
