Customer Success Account Manager
For our client, an American company, the largest software producer in the world, we are looking for a Customer Success Account Manager.
Supporting foundational relationships with key partner and customer stakeholders and technical professionals to enable quality solution delivery and health using partnerships with other account team leaders and with guidance from more experienced colleagues;
Listening to conversations with partners and customers and aligning objectives with the current portfolio of work in the customer account;
Aligning with the account team to link Customer Success Plans (CSPs) with account plan priorities and develop bookable programs of work;
Supporting the delivery of program planning and customer-facing program reviews, prioritization of engagements, and engagement with key technical stakeholders to address agreed-upon customer outcomes and account priorities to deliver ongoing customer success.
3+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting or portofolio management experience;
Advanced English + second language (Spanish, Italian or German);
Good knowledge of technologies such as Azure, M365, D365, AI;
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent or hands-on experience in IT service management;
Proactive approach and the ability to rapidly ramp up to the role.
