Customer Service Representative
For our client, a global producer, promoter and supplier of natural ingredients, ingredient systems and integrated solutions for the food and beverage industry, we are looking for a super Customer Service Representative.
Creating sales orders in SAP;
Modifying sales orders including over and under completion;
Creating sales orders for customer call from contract order request (volume/price);
Following established process to execute order cancellation and quantity change;
Communicating directly with the customer;
Obtaining missing information for order entry (template/tickets);
Contacting the customer if the minimum order quantity in the PO is below the agreed quantity;
Following up payment orders (after 10 days, reassignment to the internal sales support service);
Confirming the order within the date range;
Creating rework orders (aligned with ISS);
Managing delivery blocks including reporting;
Preparing export documents.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
Advanced English (written and spoken), conversational German is an advantage;
Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office;
Excellent communication, organization and adaptation skills.
