Customer Service Representative
For our client, an important company in Central and Eastern Europe, with a profile in aluminum smelting and production of high-quality aluminum products, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Identifying customer requirements and managing them in due time, as per company procedures;
Providing assistance to the sales personnel and representing the interface between the company and customers;
Preparing price offers/order confirmations/ invoices/specific reports about customers’ activity;
Permanent collaboration with other departments for offering information/ solutions/ counseling to customers regarding their requirements;
Tracking open items internally, such as orders/logistics/price/quality issues.
Previous experience in a similar position;
Very good interpersonal and client relationship management skills;
Very good communication skills;
Advanced knowledge of English;
Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
