We are seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Country Business Development Manager to join our client commercial team. In this strategic role, you will take full ownership of developing and managing our sales activities in the Bulgarian market, driving profitable growth, and expanding our regional market share.
Descriere
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to profitably grow existing business, generate new commercial opportunities in Bulgaria, and establish a strong brand footprint for our packaging solutions;
Identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new customer accounts within the assigned territory by targeting key industrial and FMCG sectors;
Managing the full sales pipeline independently, from initial market contact and technical specifications mapping through to commercial negotiation and successfully closing high-value business deals;
Building and nurturing strong, trust-based, and long-lasting relationships with B2B clients, while routinely visiting partners in the field to secure long-term account loyalty;
Preparing and presenting precise sales forecasts, annual budgets, volume targets, and periodic sales performance reports directly to the regional commercial leadership;
Actively monitoring market trends, competitor pricing, and evolving customer packaging needs to proactively identify continuous business development opportunities and threat mitigations;
Collaborating in close alignment with internal plant production, logistics, and technical design teams to guarantee accurate product specifications, excellent customer service, and seamless cross-border operational efficiency;
Negotiating and managing commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with corporate pricing policies, credit control guidelines, and margin requirements.
Cerințe
Extensive B2B sales experience within the corrugated cardboard packaging manufacturing industry or a highly related industrial/manufacturing sector;
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to build cross-border long-term relations;
Valid driving license and full availability for frequent travel across Bulgaria to meet business demands;
Exceptional sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills;
Strong understanding of market dynamics paired with a sharp results-oriented mindset;
Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to work independently.
