We are looking for a reliable and adaptable colleague to join our client's team. In this role, you will coordinate and perform routine cosmetic clinical studies (such as patch tests, HRIPT, ophthalmological assessments, and consumer use tests). You will be the main point of contact for our volunteers and sponsors, ensuring that all studies are executed smoothly, on time, and according to strict quality standards.
Descriere
Organize and perform routine cosmetic clinical studies, including patch tests, HRIPT, ophthalmological assessments, and consumer use tests;
Participate directly in volunteer visits, performing clinical assessments, follow-ups, and data entry;
Manage study materials, product accountability, and sample logistics;
Support volunteer recruitment and coordinate the scheduling of study visits;
Collect and enter study data accurately, ensuring high participant satisfaction through professional interaction;
Maintain accurate study records, verify data, and contribute to the final report preparation;
Ensure all studies are conducted strictly according to protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and regulatory requirements;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal clinical processes and operational efficiency.
Cerințe
Previous exposure to the cosmetic or clinical field (such as internships, volunteer work, or specific academic studies in the field);
English or French at a minimum medium level (both written and spoken);
High reliability, adaptability to changing study schedules, and good communication skills for interacting with volunteers, investigators, and sponsors.
