For our client, one of the most important HVAC accessories producers, founded in 2015, we are looking for an Territory Sales Representative
Descriere :

Maintaining the business relationship with the company’s clients in the defined territory;
Establishing meetings with potential clients, presenting them the company’s products and services;
Conducting negotiations with potential customers and clients;
Evaluating the overall market and potential competitors in the territory and developing together with the Country Sales Manager a strategy for APC Solutions to create a more valuable and differentiated offer;
Acting as a professional point of contact between the customers and the company;
Designing and ensuring the implementation of the sales plans in accordance with regional sales objectives;
Ensuring delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals, bookings, revenue, and margin;
Supporting the day-to-day activities of the resellers, motivating them in order to grow the business;
Training, coaching and managing the resellers for the covered area.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling capital equipment, filtration or construction projects;
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, filtration, and air handling;
The ability to create and develop business relationships with people on different levels;
Sales skills (knowledge of sales calls, sales opening, closing, etc.);
Strong follow up skills and persistence in getting to the right people;
Communication and negotiation skills;
Advanced level of English;
Driving license B category.
