Client Development HUB Coordinator
For one of our clients, an international management consulting company, gaining the reputation of a trusted advisor and counsellor to many of the most influential businesses and institutions in the world, in a wide variety of industries and functions, we are looking for a Client Development HUB Coordinator.
Working with leadership to prioritize and monitor client pipeline;
Keeping regular track of client development efforts and capacity needed to drive them;
Communicating weekly assignments and priorities;
Tracking performance dashboard for the CDH;
Extracting best practices based on wins / losses;
Collecting and creating a digital library with the latest and greatest off-the-shelf documents for proposals;
Serving as “first alert” for key proposal elements and client development capabilities;
Working with people teams and hub management to ensure proper team experience for colleagues assigned in the CDH and gather continuous improvement ideas.
At least 2-3 years relevant experience in administration, sales, reporting;
Excellent verbal and written language skills in English (C1);
Solid knowledge of MS Office programs - Excel, Word & PowerPoint;
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills;
Accuracy, precision and attention to detail combined with ability to see big picture.
