For our client, whose mission is to implement Romania's largest circular economy project, we are looking for an Account Receivable Specialist for a one-year determined period with the possibility of extension.
Descriere
Issuing all monthly invoices to producers/importers/retailers;
Analyzing and managing in advance A/R on all customers to improve A/R collection;
Ensuring 100% collection of AR confirmation letters for customers with A/R balance;
Calling and following up with the customer (via phone and email) to collect payment overdue;
Implementing policies associated with Credit Management activities (Bad Debts Insurance);
Monitoring credit limits/AR Reports.
Cerințe
Minimum 3 years similar position, retail or big manufacturing companies is preferred;
ERP knowledge – is a plus (preferably Microsoft Dynamics);
English – medium level;
Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
