For our client, one of the fastest-growing French companies in the areas of buyback, refurbishment, and resale of second-hand smartphones, we are looking for Quality and AfterSale Manager
Description
Managing Product Quality improvement program;
Driving the quality control processes on the industrial flow;
Identifying technical or organizational solutions to improve product quality;
Following and challenging industrial partners;
Implementing and Monitoring Quality key performance indicators (egg. Return rates, Defect rate);
Organizing, driving and optimizing after sales flows;
Managing and optimizing current flows;
Offering support in European growth by implementing after sales flows on the new markets;
Offering support for Sales Managers on aftersales process implementations and quality discussions with clients.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in operations, ideally in the Hi-Tech industry (egg. OEM, Distributors, Repair centers, Retailers);
Bachelor's or master's degree in business or engineering;
Fluency in English;
Ability to take initiatives, suggest new ideas and improvements;
High level of autonomy and organization.
