For our client, a world-leading supplier of energy efficient technologies for several industries in many markets, we are looking for a Junior Process Analyst.
Description
Assisting in the coordination of Process Mining and/or RPA projects, including project planning, documentation and communication with stakeholders;
Collaborating with Process Experts and team members to collect and analyze data related to business processes;
Providing support for the identification and documentation of process improvement opportunities and automation requirements;
Maintaining project materials such as documentation, dashboards, analysis reports, and a SharePoint site to ensure organized and accessible documentation and resources;
Participating in solution design activities under the guidance of senior team members;
Contributing to internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing sessions, best practice documentation and development of internal tools/ templates.
Requirements
Currently completing a bachelor's or master's degree in the faculty of Cybernetics, Business Administration and Information Systems, with exposure to RPA and the UiPath platform;
Good knowledge of MS Office 365 - especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Experience or interest in using SharePoint in content management and team collaboration.
