Senior HR Generalist
For our client, a leader in business-to-customer transaction technologies, present in 16 countries from Central and Eastern Europe, we are looking for a Senior HR Generalist for a fixed-term contract.
Managing end to end recruitment processes for middle and top positions;
Coordinating the administrative and payroll functions;
Leading the implementation of performance management process;
Maintaining the relationship with employee representatives for Collective Agreement negotiations and managing subsequesnt changes in Internal Regulation;
Defining training needs and maintaining the relationship with training providers;
Delivering monthly reports and taking part in preparing the HR budget;
Participating along with HR Specialist to different employer branding projects and Corporate Social Responsibility projects;
Managing the crisis situation and disciplinary actions.
Availability to work project based;
Minimum 7 years of experience on a similar role;
Strong English language skills;
Ability to coordinate effectively with all organizational levels and third parties;
Strong organizational and analytical skills;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Ability to resolve issues with tact and patience.
