NOC Support Specialist
For our client, an important provider of telecommunication services, we are looking for a NOC Support Specialist
Providing technical support by telephone or email to the company's customers;
Analyzing and solving technical problems;
Monitoring infrastructure to ensure a good level of operation;
Keeping in touch with international partners and suppliers, especially with Canadian partners;
Addressing all network errors in a timely manner and recording all internal management assistance needs.
Excellent knowledge of English, French is an advantage;
Good communication skills - written and spoken;
Knowledge of Network Functions - TCP / UDP, NAT, DNS;
Basic knowledge - Unix/ Linux;
The programming / scripting skills and familiarity with the operation of VoIP networks is an advantage;
CCNA or CompTIA certifications - is an advantage;
The availability of shift work, at night or on-call weekends.
