Group Leader Human Resources
We are recruiting for one of the world leading providers in the field of drive and control technology. The role of Group Leader Human Resources will provide you the opportunity to join a great team and bring your contribution within the company.
Lead the group of HR Business Partners and Recruiters;
Coordinate and coach the team in target definition, priorities, performance review, and in achieving personal development targets;
Drive HRBP activities to fulfill HR strategy - talent management, salary review, job evaluation, carrier path, succession planning, bonus system, etc.;
Use lean methods and tools for continuous improvement – PDCA Cycle, Gemba, etc;
Advise and consult the plant management in establishing and implementing strategies regarding salaries, retentions plans, and promotions policies;
Collaborate with top management to establish and contract staffing needs and activities;
Coordinate with HR groups to ensure competency development of employees at the plant level;
Provide analysis and strategical information for decision making regarding workforce attraction;
Create talent attraction policies that enable business growth;
Contribute and aligning to all HR areas in order to fulfill the activity;
Deliver presentations based on activity and projects in progress to the management board.
Several years of experience in recruitment and HR BP;
Leadership experience at least 2 - 3 years;
Experience in production-related HR is mandatory;
HR processes knowledge;
Learning and improvement mindset;
Very good communication skills;
Good networker and fast learner;
Self-motivated and with strong willingness to take over responsibility;
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
