Customer Service Representative
For our client, a global leader in fire protection field, specialized in fire prevention and control systems, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Processing and following the incoming orders from clients;
Preparing quotes following the pricing guidelines;
Coordinating the shipments to customers;
Answering to the queries regarding delivery times, product information, technical documents, etc.;
Filling and maintaining the office files and the administrative documents.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Romanian and English;
Administrative skills and commercial knowledge;
Some technical knowledge (construction or plumbing industry it's an advantage);
MS Office, SAP experience is an advantage;
Well organized, able to work independently, team player, fast learner, adaptable person.
