angajatul decide \u0219i pl\u0103te\u0219te<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Pilonul IV angajatorul ini\u021biaz\u0103, angajatorul contribuie (cel pu\u021bin par\u021bial)<\/p>\n<p>Aceast\u0103 schimbare mut\u0103 discu\u021bia din zona de \u201eeduca\u021bie financiar\u0103\u201d \u00een zona de<strong> strategie organiza\u021bional\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Clauza de vesting: de la concept juridic la instrument de reten\u021bie<\/h2>\n<p>Unul dintre cele mai interesante elemente ale pensiei ocupa\u021bionale este clauza de vesting.<\/p>\n<p>Aceasta permite companiei s\u0103 condi\u021bioneze dreptul asupra contribu\u021biilor de o perioad\u0103 minim\u0103 de r\u0103m\u00e2nere \u00een organiza\u021bie (de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 3 ani).<\/p>\n<p>Din perspectiv\u0103 HR, acest mecanism reduce fluctua\u021bia pe termen mediu, \u00eencurajeaz\u0103 stabilitatea echipelor \u0219i aliniaz\u0103 interesul angajatului cu cel al companiei.<\/p>\n<p>E important de mentionat \u00eens\u0103 c\u0103 nu vorbim despre o penalizare, ci despre un mecanism de loializare construit transparent.<\/p>\n<h2>Avantajul fiscal: relevant, dar nu suficient<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"522\">Un argument frecvent invocat \u00een favoarea Pilonului IV este tratamentul fiscal favorabil.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"548\">Din perspectiv\u0103 fiscal\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"806\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1xzysxe\" data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"680\">contribu\u021biile angajatorului sunt <strong data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"599\">deductibile<\/strong> \u0219i <strong data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"642\">neimpozabile la nivelul angajatului <\/strong>\u00een limita a 400 euro\/an\/persoan\u0103<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"nh8cqv\" data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"806\">randamentele ob\u021binute \u00een cadrul fondului nu sunt impozitate pe parcurs (impozitarea intervenind la momentul pl\u0103\u021bii pensiei)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"1051\">Este important de subliniat c\u0103 acest plafon de 400 euro\/an reprezint\u0103 un <strong data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"898\">plafon fiscal<\/strong>, nu o limit\u0103 a contribu\u021biei.
