{"id":9823,"date":"2025-12-13T16:34:52","date_gmt":"2025-12-13T14:34:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/?p=9823"},"modified":"2026-01-21T22:51:08","modified_gmt":"2026-01-21T20:51:08","slug":"lege-internship-2025-mai-multi-interni-in-firma-si-zile-de-odihna-platite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/lege-internship-2025-mai-multi-interni-in-firma-si-zile-de-odihna-platite\/","title":{"rendered":"Lege internship 2025: mai mul\u021bi interni \u00een firm\u0103 \u0219i zile de odihn\u0103 pl\u0103tite"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Legea internshipului<\/strong> a fost modificat\u0103 oficial, iar noile reguli sunt aplicabile din <strong>11 decembrie 2025.<\/strong><br \/>\nPrin <a href=\"https:\/\/legislatie.just.ro\/Public\/DetaliiDocument\/305022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Legea nr. 209\/2025<\/strong><\/a>, publicat\u0103 \u00een Monitorul Oficial, se aduc schimb\u0103ri importante <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/legislatie.just.ro\/Public\/DetaliiDocument\/202767\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Legii nr. 176\/2018<\/a><\/strong> privind internshipul, cu impact direct at\u00e2t pentru angajatori, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru interni.<br \/>\nModific\u0103rile vizeaz\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>num\u0103rul de interni care pot activa simultan \u00eentr-o firm\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>drepturile internilor;<\/li>\n<li>procedura de acordare a primei de la stat pentru internshipurile transformate \u00een contracte de munc\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Lege internship \u2013 ce trebuie re\u021binut, pe scurt<\/h2>\n<p>Noile reguli prev\u0103zute de legea internshipului stabilesc c\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>firmele pot avea p\u00e2n\u0103 la 10% interni din num\u0103rul total de salaria\u021bi;<\/li>\n<li>internilor li se recunoa\u0219te dreptul la zile de odihn\u0103 pl\u0103tite;<\/li>\n<li>procedura pentru ob\u021binerea primei de la stat se simplific\u0103 semnificativ;<\/li>\n<li>valoarea primei r\u0103m\u00e2ne 4.586 lei;<\/li>\n<li>modific\u0103rile sunt aplicabile din 11 decembrie 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Mai mul\u021bi interni \u00een firm\u0103: limita se dubleaz\u0103<\/h2>\n<p>Cea mai vizibil\u0103 schimbare adus\u0103 de legea internshipului este majorarea pragului maxim de interni pe care o organiza\u021bie-gazd\u0103 \u00eei poate avea simultan.<br \/>\nNoua limit\u0103 este:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>maximum 10% din num\u0103rul total al salaria\u021bilor, fa\u021b\u0103 de 5% anterior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aceast\u0103 modificare vine \u00een sprijinul:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>firmelor mici \u0219i medii, care erau dezavantajate de vechea regul\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>programelor de formare practic\u0103, care puteau fi integrate greu \u00een activitatea curent\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Scopul declarat al legii este de a facilita accesul tinerilor la internshipuri \u0219i de a \u00eencuraja companiile s\u0103 utilizeze acest instrument de recrutare \u0219i formare.<\/p>\n<h2>Drept nou pentru interni: zile de odihn\u0103 pl\u0103tite<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/legea-internshipului-scaled.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9825 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/legea-internshipului-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"legea internshipului\" width=\"750\" height=\"500\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/legea-internshipului-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/legea-internshipului-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/legea-internshipului-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/legea-internshipului-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/legea-internshipului-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/legea-internshipului-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 750px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 750\/500;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Legea internshipului recunoa\u0219te explicit dreptul internilor la zile de odihn\u0103 pl\u0103tite.<br \/>\nConcret:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>num\u0103rul de zile se acord\u0103 propor\u021bional cu durata internshipului;<\/li>\n<li>dreptul exist\u0103, dar internul trebuie s\u0103 \u00eel solicite;<\/li>\n<li>zilele neefectuate nu se compenseaz\u0103 \u00een bani la finalul contractului.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aceast\u0103 modificare apropie statutul internului de cel al salariatului, f\u0103r\u0103 a transforma \u00eens\u0103 internshipul \u00eentr-un raport de munc\u0103 propriu-zis.<\/p>\n<h2>Prima de la stat: valoarea r\u0103m\u00e2ne, birocra\u021bia dispare<\/h2>\n<p>Un alt punct esen\u021bial vizeaz\u0103 <strong>prima acordat\u0103 angajatorilor<\/strong> care transform\u0103 un internship \u00eentr-un contract de munc\u0103 de minimum 24 de luni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce r\u0103m\u00e2ne neschimbat<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>valoarea primei: 4.586 lei;<\/li>\n<li>de\u0219i s-a discutat o majorare, nu au fost identificate fonduri;<\/li>\n<li>actualizarea anual\u0103, prev\u0103zut\u0103 de lege, nu a fost aplicat\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 acum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ce se schimb\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>se elimin\u0103 aproape toate documentele justificative;<\/li>\n<li>angajatorul depune doar:<\/li>\n<li>cererea pentru acordarea primei;<\/li>\n<li>copia certificatului de internship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Simplificarea procedurii vine ca r\u0103spuns la faptul c\u0103, \u00een practic\u0103, foarte pu\u021bine firme accesau acest stimulent, din cauza birocra\u021biei excesive.<\/p>\n<h2>De ce a fost modificat\u0103 legea internshipului<\/h2>\n<p>Datele analizate de ini\u021biatori au ar\u0103tat c\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>num\u0103rul de interni era redus, de\u0219i u\u0219or \u00een cre\u0219tere;<\/li>\n<li>num\u0103rul de internshipuri transformate \u00een contracte de munc\u0103 era extrem de mic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Modific\u0103rile urm\u0103resc:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cre\u0219terea atractivit\u0103\u021bii internshipurilor pl\u0103tite;<\/li>\n<li>stimularea angajatorilor;<\/li>\n<li>integrarea real\u0103 a tinerilor pe pia\u021ba muncii.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ce obliga\u021bii r\u0103m\u00e2n neschimbate pentru angajatori<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chiar \u0219i dup\u0103 modificarea legii internshipului, r\u0103m\u00e2n valabile reguli esen\u021biale:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>internshipurile trebuie s\u0103 fie pl\u0103tite;<\/li>\n<li>contractele de internship trebuie \u00eenregistrate \u00een registrul special;<\/li>\n<li>indemniza\u021bia minim\u0103 se calculeaz\u0103 raportat la salariul minim pe economie \u0219i cre\u0219te automat atunci c\u00e2nd acesta se majoreaz\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>FAQ \u2013 \u00centreb\u0103ri frecvente despre legea internshipului<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1. De c\u00e2nd se aplic\u0103 noile reguli din legea internshipului?<\/strong><br \/>\nNoile prevederi se aplic\u0103 din 11 decembrie 2025, data intr\u0103rii \u00een vigoare a Legii nr. 209\/2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. C\u00e2\u021bi interni poate avea o firm\u0103 \u00een 2025?<\/strong><br \/>\nO firm\u0103 poate avea maximum 10% interni din num\u0103rul total de salaria\u021bi, dublu fa\u021b\u0103 de limita anterioar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Internii au dreptul la concediu pl\u0103tit?<\/strong><br \/>\nDa.<br \/>\nLegea internshipului recunoa\u0219te zile de odihn\u0103 pl\u0103tite, acordate propor\u021bional cu durata internshipului, dac\u0103 internul le solicit\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. C\u00e2t este prima de la stat pentru angajatori?<\/strong><br \/>\nValoarea primei este 4.586 lei pentru fiecare internship transformat \u00eentr-un contract de munc\u0103 de minimum 24 de luni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.
