Pentru cei care gestioneaz\u0103 salarizarea \u0219i rela\u021biile de munc\u0103, urm\u0103toarele zece puncte rezum\u0103 aspectele pe care trebuie s\u0103 le st\u0103p\u00e2neasc\u0103.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Riscurile pentru nerespectarea termenului de migrare<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Angajatorii care nu \u00ee\u0219i finalizeaz\u0103 tranzi\u021bia la Reges\u2011Online p\u00e2n\u0103 la data stabilit\u0103 risc\u0103 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/reges-online-noile-sanctiuni-explicate-ce-amenzi-se-aplica-pentru-greseli-in-evidenta-salariatilor\/\">amenzi<\/a> semnificative: \u00eentre <strong>15.000\u201120.000 lei<\/strong> pentru \u00eent\u00e2rzierea migra\u021biei \u0219i \u00eentre <strong>5.000\u201110.000 lei<\/strong> pentru omisiuni din datele care nu erau cerute de Revisal. Dup\u0103 termenul limit\u0103, Revisal nu va mai fi utilizabil.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Data de producere a efectelor vs. data \u00eenregistr\u0103rii<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Orice informa\u021bie \u00eenregistrat\u0103 \u00een Reges\u2011Online trebuie s\u0103 reflecte <strong>momentul \u00een care produce efecte legale<\/strong>, nu pur \u0219i simplu momentul \u00een care se introduce. Importante sunt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>s\u0103 nu se \u00eenregistreze <strong>dup\u0103 data \u00eencet\u0103rii<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>s\u0103 se respecte termenul\u2011limit\u0103 legal.<br \/>\nPentru contractele care \u00eenceteaz\u0103 \u00een zile nelucr\u0103toare, \u00eenregistrarea ar trebui f\u0103cut\u0103 \u00een ultima zi lucr\u0103toare anterioar\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong> Locul muncii: telemunc\u0103, mobilitate, salaria\u021bi mobili<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pentru <strong>telesalaria\u0163i<\/strong>, contractul trebuie s\u0103 includ\u0103 specific clauza de telemunc\u0103; dac\u0103 adresa nu este stabilit\u0103, nu exist\u0103 loc fix de completat \u00een registru.<\/li>\n<li>Pentru activit\u0103\u021bi mobile, se poate utiliza c\u00e2mpul \u201eAlte detalii\u201d pentru a men\u0163iona aria real\u0103 de activitate.<\/li>\n<li>Programul de lucru, clauzele privind locul muncii \u0219i mobilitatea trebuie s\u0103 fie clare \u0219i reflectate corespunz\u0103tor \u00een Reges\u2011Online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Suspend\u0103rile, inclusiv cele medicale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Reges\u2011Online impune \u00eenregistrarea <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/suspendare-contract-munca-reges-online-ce-trebuie-sa-stie-angajatorii-despre-noile-obligatii\/\">suspend\u0103rilor<\/a> de contract individual de munc\u0103, inclusiv cele cauzate de concediile medicale. Nu toate tipurile de concedii speciale (maternitate, boal\u0103 profesional\u0103, risc maternal etc.) implic\u0103 suspendarea care trebuie \u00eenscris\u0103 \u2013 depinde de textul legii pentru fiecare caz.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Deta\u0219\u0103rile \u0219i modific\u0103rile asociate<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dac\u0103 un salariat este deta\u0219at, nu doar decizia de deta\u0219are trebuie raportat\u0103, ci \u0219i schimb\u0103rile pe care aceasta le implic\u0103: locul muncii, salariul, programul de lucru etc. Datele trebuie transmise \u00een timp util pentru a reflecta realitatea profesional\u0103.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Acte adi\u021bionale vs. simple corec\u021bii<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pentru modific\u0103ri esen\u021biale (func\u0163ie, salariu, locul muncii, durat\u0103, norm\u0103 de lucru) este nevoie de act adi\u021bional semnat de ambele p\u0103r\u021bi.<\/li>\n<li>Corec\u021biile (gre\u0219eli materiale) pot fi remediate f\u0103r\u0103 act adi\u021bional, dac\u0103 legea \u0219i procedura o permit, dar trebuie documentate \u0219i transparente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Adeverin\u021be \u0219i extrase: obliga\u021bia continu\u0103<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Chiar dac\u0103 salaria\u021bii pot accesa informa\u021biile din Reges\u2011Online, angajatorii sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 elibereze <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/adeverinta-de-salariat-in-reges-online-obligatiile-angajatorilor-raman-neschimbate-dar-sanctiunile-cresc\/\">adeverin\u021be<\/a> la cerere (vechime, etc.).
