Acestea detaliaz\u0103 modul \u00een care se calculeaz\u0103 indemniza\u021bia de concediu medical, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 1 august 2025, introduc\u00e2nd procente diferen\u021biate \u00een func\u021bie de durata episodului de boal\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schimb\u0103rile sunt importante at\u00e2t pentru angaja\u021bi, care trebuie s\u0103 \u0219tie ce bani primesc atunci c\u00e2nd sunt \u00een incapacitate temporar\u0103 de munc\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru angajatori \u0219i departamentele de resurse umane, care au responsabilitatea de a aplica corect noile reguli.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Care sunt principalele modific\u0103ri?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De la 1 august 2025, cuantumul brut lunar al indemniza\u021biei pentru incapacitate temporar\u0103 de munc\u0103 se va calcula raportat la fiecare episod de boal\u0103, nu la fiecare certificat medical \u00een parte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Astfel, procentele aplicate sunt:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">55% din baza de calcul \u2013 pentru episoade de boal\u0103 de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 7 zile;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">65% din baza de calcul \u2013 pentru episoade de boal\u0103 \u00eentre 8 \u0219i 14 zile;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">75% din baza de calcul \u2013 pentru episoade de boal\u0103 de peste 15 zile.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/concediu-medical.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9681 aligncenter lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/concediu-medical.jpg\" alt=\"concediu medical\" width=\"750\" height=\"500\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/concediu-medical.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/concediu-medical-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/concediu-medical-768x512.jpg 768w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 750px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 750\/500;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>Cum se aplic\u0103 noile norme de calcul?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificat medical ini\u021bial \u0219i certificate succesive<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zilele din certificatul medical ini\u021bial se adun\u0103 cu zilele din certificatele medicale succesive, dac\u0103 acestea fac parte din acela\u0219i episod de boal\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#x27a1;&#xfe0f;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Exemplu:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luna 1: certificat ini\u021bial \u2013 3 zile;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luna 2: certificat de continuare \u2013 7 zile;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Total: 10 zile.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Procent aplicat: 65% (pentru c\u0103 totalul dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te 7 zile).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Recalcularea indemniza\u021biei la trecerea \u00eentr-o lun\u0103 nou\u0103<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dac\u0103 episodul de boal\u0103 \u00eencepe \u00eentr-o lun\u0103 \u0219i continu\u0103 \u00een luna urm\u0103toare, iar num\u0103rul total de zile cre\u0219te, indemniza\u021bia se recalculeaz\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#x27a1;&#xfe0f;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Exemplu:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luna 1: certificat ini\u021bial \u2013 4 zile (55%);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luna 2: certificat continuare \u2013 14 zile.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Total: 18 zile \u2192 procent aplicat 75%.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recalcularea se face pentru \u00eentregul episod, inclusiv pentru zilele din certificatul ini\u021bial.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 cu episoadele de boal\u0103 aflate deja \u00een derulare?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru certificatele medicale ini\u021biale emise \u00eenainte de 1 august, se aplic\u0103 regulile \u00een vigoare la data eliber\u0103rii lor. Noile norme nu au efect retroactiv.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Care sunt actele normative publicate?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen Monitorul Oficial au ap\u0103rut dou\u0103 ordine comune:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cnas.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/15-din-2018Ambele.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ordinul nr. 522\/1.026\/2025 \u2013 modific\u0103 normele de aplicare ale OUG nr. 158\/2005 privind concediile \u0219i indemniza\u021biile de asigur\u0103ri sociale de s\u0103n\u0103tate<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cnas.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/1192-ambele.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ordinul nr. 523\/1.027\/2025 \u2013 modific\u0103 modelul unic al certificatului de concediu medical \u0219i instruc\u021biunile de utilizare \u0219i completare<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Ce trebuie s\u0103 \u0219tie angaja\u021bii \u0219i angajatorii?<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Angaja\u021bii<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: procentul indemniza\u021biei cre\u0219te odat\u0103 cu durata episodului de boal\u0103.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Angajatorii<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: trebuie s\u0103 \u021bin\u0103 cont de recalcularea indemniza\u021biilor atunci c\u00e2nd boala trece dintr-o lun\u0103 \u00een alta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Departamentele de <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/servicii\/payroll-si-administrare-personal\/\"><b>payroll<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: au de aplicat direct aceste reguli \u00een calculul salarial \u0219i trebuie s\u0103 actualizeze procedurile interne.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Concluzie<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Publicarea normelor de aplicare clarific\u0103 modul \u00een care se vor acorda <\/span><b>indemniza\u021biile pentru concediile medicale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu august 2025.
