Instruirea trebuie realizat\u0103:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La angajare<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La schimbarea postului sau a echipamentului<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La apari\u021bia unor riscuri noi<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Periodic (conform legisla\u021biei)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Angajatorul trebuie s\u0103 p\u0103streze dovezi scrise ale instruirii \u0219i s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 informa\u021biile sunt \u00een\u021belese, nu doar semnate formal.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h3><b> Asigurarea echipamentelor \u0219i m\u0103surilor de protec\u021bie<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conform ierarhiei m\u0103surilor de prevenire:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>M\u0103surile colective<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (ex: balustrade, sisteme de evacuare) sunt prioritare<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dac\u0103 riscurile persist\u0103, se trece la echipamente de protec\u021bie individual\u0103 (EIP)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Angajatorul trebuie:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u0103 furnizeze gratuit echipamentele necesare<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 sunt utilizate corect<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u0103 le verifice \u0219i \u00eenlocuiasc\u0103 periodic<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n<h3><b> Supravegherea medical\u0103 a angaja\u021bilor<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obliga\u021biile angajatorului includ \u0219i asigurarea unui control medical periodic. \u00cen func\u021bie de domeniul de activitate, acest control poate fi:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La angajare (fi\u0219\u0103 de aptitudini)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Periodic, conform fi\u0219ei de expunere<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La reluarea activit\u0103\u021bii dup\u0103 o absen\u021b\u0103 prelungit\u0103<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>\n<h3><b> Angajatorul NU scap\u0103 de r\u0103spundere dac\u0103 apeleaz\u0103 la firme externe<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chiar dac\u0103 un angajator contracteaz\u0103 un serviciu extern SSM, <\/span><b>r\u0103spunderea legal\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2ne la el<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
