Managementul trebuie s\u0103 transmit\u0103 un mesaj clar: securitatea este o <\/span><b>prioritate strategic\u0103<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, nu doar o cerin\u021b\u0103 legal\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asta \u00eenseamn\u0103:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">alocarea de <\/span><b>resurse reale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pentru m\u0103suri preventive;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">includerea indicatorilor de siguran\u021b\u0103 \u00een evalu\u0103rile de performan\u021b\u0103 ale managerilor;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">implicarea conducerii \u00een ini\u021biativele de instruire \u0219i comunicare intern\u0103.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>&#x1f6e0;&#xfe0f;<\/b><b> Unde trebuie integrat\u0103 SSM?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SSM devine eficient\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd este <\/span><b>inclus\u0103 \u00een toate etapele \u0219i departamentele companiei<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Achizi\u021bii<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: selectarea echipamentelor \u021bin\u00e2nd cont de ergonomie \u0219i siguran\u021b\u0103.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Resurse umane<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: introducerea criteriilor de securitate \u00een recrutare, onboarding, evalu\u0103ri.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Proiectare \u0219i opera\u021biuni<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: evaluarea riscurilor \u00eenainte de modificarea proceselor sau spa\u021biilor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Comunicare<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: organizarea de \u0219edin\u021be, consult\u0103ri \u0219i audituri interne pe teme de securitate.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>&#x1f91d;<\/b><b> Securitatea este o responsabilitate comun\u0103<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SSM nu este doar rolul \u201eexpertului\u201d din firm\u0103. Este un <\/span><b>efort colectiv<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, iar liderii de echip\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 joace un rol activ \u00een monitorizarea \u0219i aplicarea m\u0103surilor de siguran\u021b\u0103. Fiecare angajat, indiferent de func\u021bie, trebuie s\u0103 fie parte din acest sistem.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>&#x1f331;<\/b><b> De la conformitate la oportunitate<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O cultur\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 de securitate nu se reduce la \u201ecine a gre\u0219it dup\u0103 un incident\u201d. Dimpotriv\u0103, este orientat\u0103 spre \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare continu\u0103 \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SSM, tratat\u0103 strategic, poate aduce beneficii reale:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reducerea absenteismului;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cre\u0219terea productivit\u0103\u021bii;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">consolidarea \u00eencrederii \u00een brandul de angajator;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">eficien\u021b\u0103 opera\u021bional\u0103.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>&#x1f512;<\/b><b> Concluzie<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Securitatea \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u00een munc\u0103<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> trebuie s\u0103 devin\u0103 parte din ADN-ul companiei.
