Temperaturile ridicate influen\u021beaz\u0103 direct capacitatea de munc\u0103, productivitatea \u0219i chiar via\u021ba angaja\u021bilor din sectoare precum construc\u021bii, salubritate, agricultur\u0103 sau transporturi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ce prevede legisla\u021bia na\u021bional\u0103: OUG 99\/2000<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, cadrul legal aplicabil este <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/lege5.ro\/Gratuit\/gezdiobqha\/dispozitii-generale-ordonanta-99-2000?dp=gm3tcnrugyyda\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ordonan\u021ba de urgen\u021b\u0103 nr. 99\/2000<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, care impune angajatorilor obliga\u021bii clare atunci c\u00e2nd se \u00eenregistreaz\u0103:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">temperaturi exterioare de peste 37\u00b0C (sau ITU peste 80);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ori temperaturi foarte sc\u0103zute (-20\u00b0C) \u00een sezonul rece.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>M\u0103suri obligatorii pentru angajatori \u00een zilele caniculare<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/masuri-obligatorii-pentru-angajatori-in-zilele-caniculare.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9187 aligncenter lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/masuri-obligatorii-pentru-angajatori-in-zilele-caniculare.jpg\" alt=\"M\u0103suri obligatorii pentru angajatori \u00een zilele caniculare\" width=\"750\" height=\"500\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/masuri-obligatorii-pentru-angajatori-in-zilele-caniculare.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/masuri-obligatorii-pentru-angajatori-in-zilele-caniculare-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/masuri-obligatorii-pentru-angajatori-in-zilele-caniculare-768x512.jpg 768w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 750px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 750\/500;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b> M\u0103suri tehnice \u0219i organizatorice:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reducerea intensit\u0103\u021bii efortului fizic;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">alternan\u021ba muncii dinamice cu repaus;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">organizarea programului de lucru \u00een intervale mai favorabile (ex. diminea\u021ba devreme);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">asigurarea ventila\u021biei la locul de munc\u0103.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b> Protec\u021bia s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">asigurarea a 2-4 litri de ap\u0103 potabil\u0103\/schimb;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">echipamente individuale de protec\u021bie;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">acces la zone umbrite sau cu aer condi\u021bionat;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">posibilitatea de a face du\u0219uri la finalul programului.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen lipsa posibilit\u0103\u021bii de a implementa toate aceste m\u0103suri, angajatorul, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu sindicatul sau reprezentan\u021bii salaria\u021bilor, poate conveni asupra unor alternative precum reducerea duratei zilei de lucru sau e\u0219alonarea programului. Refuzul de a aplica aceste m\u0103suri poate fi sanc\u021bionat de ITM cu amend\u0103 contraven\u021bional\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>De ce se cere o legisla\u021bie european\u0103 mai strict\u0103<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confedera\u021bia European\u0103 a Sindicatelor (ETUC) solicit\u0103 de mai mul\u021bi ani o <\/span><b>Directiv\u0103 european\u0103<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> care s\u0103 impun\u0103 <\/span><b>praguri maxime de temperatur\u0103<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la locul de munc\u0103, diferen\u021biate \u00een func\u021bie de tipul activit\u0103\u021bii (efort fizic redus, mediu sau intens). Este o demonstra\u021bie de responsabilitate social\u0103 \u0219i de grij\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de oameni.
