Angajatorii sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 transmit\u0103 \u00een platform\u0103 informa\u021bii complete \u0219i corecte despre toate tipurile de suspend\u0103ri, cu respectarea strict\u0103 a termenelor legale.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ce presupune raportarea suspend\u0103rilor \u00een Reges-Online?\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conform <\/span><b>HG nr. 295\/2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, angajatorii trebuie s\u0103 \u00eenregistreze \u00een Reges-Online:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">perioada suspend\u0103rii;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">temeiul legal al suspend\u0103rii;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">data \u00eencet\u0103rii suspend\u0103rii (dac\u0103 este cunoscut\u0103 la momentul raport\u0103rii).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Termene de raportare:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cel t\u00e2rziu \u00een ziua anterioar\u0103<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00eenceperii sau \u00eencet\u0103rii suspend\u0103rii;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Trei zile lucr\u0103toare<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de la data \u00eenregistr\u0103rii \u00een cazurile de:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">concedii medicale;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">absen\u021be nemotivate;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for\u021b\u0103 major\u0103.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nerespectarea acestor termene atrage sanc\u021biuni \u00eentre <\/span><b>3.000 \u0219i 5.000 lei<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pentru fiecare caz de suspendare nedeclarat corespunz\u0103tor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Care sunt situa\u021biile de suspendare reglementate?\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/care-sunt-situatiile-de-suspendare-reglementate.jpg\"><img aria-level=\"1\"><b>de drept<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (f\u0103r\u0103 interven\u021bia p\u0103r\u021bilor, dar obligatoriu raportate);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>la ini\u021biativa angajatului sau a angajatorului<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Exemple de suspend\u0103ri de drept:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">concediu medical;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">concediu de maternitate\/paternitate;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">carantin\u0103;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">exercitarea unei func\u021bii publice sau sindicale;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">concediu pentru cre\u0219terea copilului;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">absen\u021be nemotivate;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">arest preventiv;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">suspendarea avizelor\/autoriza\u021biilor;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">starea de urgen\u021b\u0103 sau asediu.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Suspend\u0103ri la ini\u021biativa p\u0103r\u021bilor:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">concediu f\u0103r\u0103 plat\u0103;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">participare la grev\u0103;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">formare profesional\u0103;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0219omaj tehnic (art. 52 alin. 1 lit. c Codul muncii);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">deta\u0219are;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">acord p\u0103r\u021bi (pentru interese personale).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Reges-Online: op\u021biuni pentru gestionarea suspend\u0103rilor<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aplica\u021bia Reges-Online permite o gestiune eficient\u0103 a suspend\u0103rilor prin urm\u0103toarele style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\u00cencetare suspendare<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 introducerea obligatorie a datei de reluare a activit\u0103\u021bii;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Anulare suspendare<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 eliminarea unei suspend\u0103ri \u00eenregistrate eronat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toate op\u021biunile sunt \u00eenso\u021bite de liste clare cu temeiurile legale, ceea ce reduce semnificativ riscul de eroare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00cen contextul obliga\u021biilor de raportare \u00een Reges-Online, speciali\u0219tii \u00een <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/servicii\/payroll-si-administrare-personal\/\"><b>payroll<\/b><\/a><b> \u0219i resurse umane trebuie s\u0103 acorde o aten\u021bie deosebit\u0103 corel\u0103rii dintre conformit\u0103\u021bii fiscale, mai ales \u00een cazul controalelor sau modific\u0103rilor legislative frecvente.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Concluzie<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Raportarea corect\u0103 \u0219i la timp a situa\u021biilor de <\/span><b>suspendare a contractului de munc\u0103 \u00een Reges-Online<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> este esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru conformitatea legal\u0103. De\u0219i platforma ofer\u0103 instrumente intuitive, angajatorii trebuie s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 temeiurile legale ale fiec\u0103rei suspend\u0103ri \u0219i s\u0103 respecte cu stricte\u021be termenele de raportare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ignorarea obliga\u021biilor poate duce la sanc\u021biuni costisitoare, dar mai ales la pierderea \u00eencrederii \u00een rela\u021bia cu salaria\u021bii \u0219i autorit\u0103\u021bile.
