Aceasta este tipic\u0103 pentru posturi precum:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">agen\u021bi de v\u00e2nz\u0103ri,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">inspectori de teren,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">consultan\u021bi externi,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tehnicieni mobili.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen acest caz, salariatul nu prime\u0219te o decizie de delegare punctual\u0103, ci are dreptul <\/span><b>\u00een mod constant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la o <\/span><b>indemniza\u021bie de mobilitate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, acordat\u0103 <\/span><b>indiferent de c\u00e2te deplas\u0103ri efective are \u00eentr-o lun\u0103<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
