Dincolo de beneficiile evidente ale form\u0103rii profesionale, angajatorii trebuie s\u0103 fie con\u0219tien\u021bi \u0219i de sanc\u021biunile pe care le pot primi dac\u0103 nu respect\u0103 normele specifice.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Obliga\u021biile angajatorilor \u00een cazul angaj\u0103rilor prin ucenicie<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Conform <a href=\"https:\/\/legislatie.just.ro\/Public\/DetaliiDocument\/31649\">Legii 279\/2005<\/a> privind ucenicia la locul de munc\u0103, angajatorii care \u00eencheie contracte de ucenicie trebuie s\u0103 respecte cumulativ urm\u0103toarele condi\u021bii:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ucenicii trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 minimum 16 ani (sau 15 ani cu acordul p\u0103rin\u021bilor);<\/li>\n<li>S\u0103 nu de\u021bin\u0103 o calificare \u00een domeniul \u00een care solicit\u0103 angajarea ca ucenici;<\/li>\n<li>S\u0103 \u00eencheie un contract de ucenicie \u00eenregistrat la ITM;<\/li>\n<li>Durata contractului s\u0103 fie de 6 &#8211; Dac\u0103 abaterea este corectat\u0103 \u00een <strong>90 de zile<\/strong>, sanc\u021biunea se consider\u0103 \u00eenl\u0103turat\u0103. Programul ofer\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Subven\u021bie de 2.250 lei\/lun\u0103<\/strong> pentru fiecare ucenic angajat;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/aspecte-pe-care-angajatorul-trebuie-sa-le-comunice-in-faza-negocierii-contractului-individual-de-munca\/\">Contract de munc\u0103<\/a> \u0219i salariu minim garantat pentru ucenici;<\/li>\n<li>Posibilitatea de calificare \u00eentr-un domeniu c\u0103utat pe pia\u021b\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>Certificat de calificare profesional\u0103 recunoscut la nivel na\u021bional;<\/li>\n<li>Acces la consiliere profesional\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Pa\u0219ii pentru angajatori \u00een accesarea programului de ucenicie<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Declararea posturilor vacante<\/strong> la AJOFM;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Organizarea programului<\/strong> de formare cu un furnizor autorizat sau acreditarea intern\u0103;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Selectarea ucenicului<\/strong> prin interviu, cu sprijinul AJOFM;<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00cencheierea contractului de ucenicie<\/strong> \u0219i \u00eenregistrarea acestuia;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Solicitarea subven\u021biei<\/strong> \u00een platforma PULS;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Primirea subven\u021biei<\/strong> lunar, pe baza documentelor justificative.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Gestionarea uceniciei \u00een payroll: aspecte esen\u021biale pentru angajatori<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Implementarea programelor de ucenicie implic\u0103 \u0219i integrarea corect\u0103 a contractelor \u00een sistemul de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/servicii\/payroll-si-administrare-personal\/\">payroll<\/a><\/strong> al companiei.
