Aceast\u0103 ordonan\u021b\u0103 modific\u0103 <a href=\"https:\/\/legislatie.just.ro\/Public\/DetaliiDocument\/77815\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Legea nr. 448\/2006<\/strong><\/a>, introduc\u00e2nd cerin\u021be mai stricte \u0219i clarific\u0103ri pentru respectarea cotei de 4% din num\u0103rul total de angaja\u021bi, destinat\u0103 persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ce presupun noile obliga\u021bii?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Solicitarea sprijinului ONG-urilor<\/strong><br \/>\nFirmele \u0219i institu\u021biile publice vizate vor trebui s\u0103 colaboreze cu organiza\u021bii nonguvernamentale (ONG-uri) specializate pentru a identifica \u0219i angaja persoane cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obliga\u021bia presupune transmiterea unei <strong>cereri scrise<\/strong> c\u0103tre ONG-uri, care s\u0103 includ\u0103:\n<ul>\n<li>Descrierea atribu\u021biilor posturilor vacante.<\/li>\n<li>Calific\u0103rile necesare.<\/li>\n<li>Norma de lucru aferent\u0103 fiec\u0103rui post.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Cererea trebuie \u00eenso\u021bit\u0103 de dovada transmiterii acesteia c\u0103tre ONG-uri, documente care vor fi prezentate ulterior c\u0103tre <strong>ANPDPD<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>ANOFM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Raportare anual\u0103 c\u0103tre autorit\u0103\u021bi<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cencep\u00e2nd cu 2025, firmele cu peste 50 de angaja\u021bi vor fi obligate s\u0103 transmit\u0103 anual, p\u00e2n\u0103 la <strong>31 ianuarie<\/strong>, c\u0103tre ANPDPD \u0219i ANOFM:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>O situa\u021bie centralizat\u0103 a posturilor ocupate de persoanele cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi.<\/li>\n<li>Un inventar al competen\u021belor solicitate pentru aceste posturi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/noi-obligatii-pentru-firmele-mari-privind-angajarea-persoanelor-cu-dizabilitati-din-2025.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8456 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/noi-obligatii-pentru-firmele-mari-privind-angajarea-persoanelor-cu-dizabilitati-din-2025.jpg\" alt=\"angajare persoane cu dizablitati\n\" width=\"1000\" height=\"527\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/noi-obligatii-pentru-firmele-mari-privind-angajarea-persoanelor-cu-dizabilitati-din-2025.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/noi-obligatii-pentru-firmele-mari-privind-angajarea-persoanelor-cu-dizabilitati-din-2025-300x158.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lugera.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/noi-obligatii-pentru-firmele-mari-privind-angajarea-persoanelor-cu-dizabilitati-din-2025-768x405.jpg 768w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1000px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1000\/527;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>De ce aceste schimb\u0103ri sunt importante?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Noile obliga\u021bii introduse de <strong>OUG 127\/2024<\/strong> urm\u0103resc:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cre\u0219terea incluziunii sociale<\/strong> a persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi prin angajarea lor \u00een unit\u0103\u021bi publice \u0219i private.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea transparen\u021bei<\/strong> \u00een respectarea cotei de angajare de 4%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Responsabilizarea angajatorilor<\/strong> prin colaborarea cu ONG-uri \u0219i raportarea periodic\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Ce alte prevederi aduce OUG 127\/2024?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen afara obliga\u021biilor legate de angajarea persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi, ordonan\u021ba introduce \u0219i alte modific\u0103ri:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Extinderea Fondului de garantare a crean\u021belor salariale.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Indemniza\u021bii pentru asigura\u021bii cu arsuri grave.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Indemniza\u021bii de solidaritate pentru pensionarii cu grade de handicap.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sursa foto <a href=\"http:\/\/shutterstock.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shutterstock.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00cencep\u00e2nd cu ianuarie 2025, firmele \u0219i institu\u021biile publice cu peste 50 de angaja\u021bi vor avea obliga\u021bii suplimentare \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu angajarea persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi, conform prevederilor din OUG 127\/2024.
