Acest model, care combin\u0103 telemunca cu prezen\u021ba fizic\u0103 la birou, ofer\u0103 flexibilitate \u0219i aduce multiple beneficii pentru angaja\u021bi. Totu\u0219i, organizarea muncii hibrid ridic\u0103 noi provoc\u0103ri \u00een sfera SSM, de la amenajarea corespunz\u0103toare a spa\u021biilor de lucru la domiciliu p\u00e2n\u0103 la gestionarea riscurilor psihosociale. \u00cen acest context, este esen\u021bial ca angajatorii s\u0103 adopte m\u0103suri concrete pentru a proteja s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u0219i siguran\u021ba angaja\u021bilor, oriunde ar lucra ace\u0219tia.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Responsabilitatea angajatorului pentru siguran\u021ba angaja\u021bilor \u00een modelul hibrid<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, conform legisla\u021biei actuale, orice form\u0103 de telemunc\u0103 \u2013 inclusiv cea hibrid\u0103 \u2013 trebuie reglementat\u0103 contractual. Este responsabilitatea angajatorilor s\u0103 le ofere angaja\u021bilor instruc\u021biuni de ergonomie \u0219i, ideal, s\u0103 asigure echipamente corespunz\u0103toare pentru munc\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Izolarea social\u0103 \u0219i stresul<\/strong>: Lipsa interac\u021biunii fizice regulate poate accentua sentimentul de izolare \u0219i poate contribui la probleme de s\u0103n\u0103tate mintal\u0103, cum ar fi anxietatea \u0219i depresia. Mai mult, utilizarea intensiv\u0103 a tehnologiilor digitale duce adesea la suprasolicitare \u0219i \u201etechnostress\u201d, un fenomen tot mai r\u0103sp\u00e2ndit \u00een era digital\u0103. Este esen\u021bial ca angajatorii s\u0103 dezvolte politici care s\u0103 promoveze deconectarea \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eencurajeze un echilibru s\u0103n\u0103tos \u00eentre munc\u0103 \u0219i via\u021ba personal\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hot-desking \u0219i spa\u021biile flexibile de lucru<\/strong>: \u00cen multe companii, spa\u021biile de birou sunt reorganizate pentru a face fa\u021b\u0103 fluxului de angaja\u021bi, f\u0103r\u0103 ca ace\u0219tia s\u0103 aib\u0103 un birou dedicat permanent. Campania subliniaz\u0103 importan\u021ba evalu\u0103rii \u0219i gestion\u0103rii riscurilor, indiferent de loca\u021bia din care lucreaz\u0103 angaja\u021bii. AESSM recomand\u0103 o abordare structurat\u0103 a evalu\u0103rii riscurilor, care s\u0103 includ\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Evaluarea ergonomiei<\/strong>: Asigurarea unui spa\u021biu de lucru ergonomic este esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru prevenirea problemelor fizice. Angajatorii trebuie s\u0103 furnizeze angaja\u021bilor informa\u021bii clare \u0219i instruc\u021biuni privind organizarea spa\u021biului de lucru la domiciliu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stabilirea unei politici clare de telemunc\u0103<\/strong>: O politic\u0103 clar\u0103 de telemunc\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 reglementeze programul de lucru, disponibilitatea \u0219i a\u0219tept\u0103rile privind performan\u021ba.
